Heading North on the 405:  Take the Warner Ave. West exit toward Magnolia St. South. Merge onto Warner Ave. Past, Beach Blvd. and make the first left into the parking structure. 

Heading South on the 405: Take the Beach Blvd. / CA-39 exit- EXIT 16- toward Huntington Beach. Take the ramp toward CA-39 / Beach Blvd. / Huntington Beach. Turn Left onto Center Ave. Turn Right onto Beach Blvd / CA-39 S. Drive for 1 mile and make a left on Warner Ave. Make the first left into the parking structure.  

Look for the 16 story white building that say's Comerica at the top. Park in the Parking structure which is free parking.
